Sage Homebuilding was founded in 2020 as the sole project of Rudy Arn to provide superior quality and design in the best neighborhoods. Pulling on decades of homebuilding experience and work in the trades fields, Rudy creates better-designed and better-executed homes in some of the best neighborhoods that Greater Nashville, Tennessee, has to offer.

When Rudy is not working at Sage Homebuilding or his other companies, he spends his time enjoying his wife and three children or training for his next triathlon.
